“ Ari was everything you could dream of in a guide”

For our two days with Ari in Seoul, I sent a few ideas for our tour. She wonderfully advised and arranged for those vists. But not only that, she supplimented with fun and interesting attractions that we so enjoyed... things we would not have know of on our own. Ari was very kind and positive and helpful. She was a joy to be with. She worked to ensure that each of us was enjoying the tour and all needs were met. We did historical things, K-pop things, and food! Her command of English is fluent and natural. You can consider her your very capable true and trusted friend.

“Custom Seoul Tour”

We spent a day with Ari going on a custom tour of Seoul markets and a few other attractions. We had a wonderful time. It was hot and a little rainy, but we improvised our plans and had a great day seeing the city, learning about it, and getting to know each other. It was our first day in Seoul, and having Ari by our side to help us learn the ropes of getting around town and interacting as non-Korean speakers was incredibly helpful. Ari even offered to act as an impromptu translator if we needed help at another time throughout or trip--she said to call her ay time we needed her. We could not recommend her enough!

Even those short moments of walking in the rain were so much fun, and the café where we had coffee was truly lovely, wasn’t it? Our time at the botanical garden felt almost like a midsummer night’s dream. I feel deeply grateful that I was able to meet you both on your very first trip to Asia—and especially your first visit to Korea—where your warmth and love for each other were so beautifully felt. Her English was excellent, and she was not only knowledgeable about Korean history and daily life but also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire day. Ari went above and beyond—after the tour, she helped us book train tickets and even arranged medication for us. She truly made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Hello, I’ve read your warm reviews many times. Although it was just a short one-day tour, I hope all the happy moments we shared will remain in your heart for a long time. I was so glad to have the chance to meet your family. I truly hope that one day, whether in Korea or the UK, we can meet again, enjoy a happy meal together, and reminisce about the time we spent.
