I really love your way of appreciating Kamakura, a home to Zen Buddhism in Japan. I was so impressed. You were trying to enjoy yourselves in the nature, in a moment of time flow of long history, in the quietness or "the sound of silence :-)" and you were also trying to feel the sun, air, and energy from the earth by cherishing small flowers or plants. It's also told in this story that your husband took so many pictures of flowers until his smartphone battery ran out. I'm glad to hear you had a relaxing day.
