First of all, thank you very much for your review dear Morton, although sadly not to the positive side… :-) We are very sad to read, that you did not enjoy your transfer from Porto to Lisbon in the fullest. By reading your review, I can understand that it was our fault and misunderstanding of your request. We thought that you wanted a transfer from Porto to Lisbon, with a few stops to see the sites. And that is what our driver did with you. As requested, you stopped in Aveiro, Batalha & Óbidos in your way to Lisbon. We did not understand that you wanted more a "guiding stop" in the locations, then just a driver. We are sorry for this. We could have made more a guiding drive, if we would have specified it in our conversation. In that case, we would have send you a guide/driver, instead of a driver. As our guides, all drivers, by law, are certified with a licence from Portugal´s Tourism Board. It is not allowed to privately transport people without the mandated licences and all the mandatory insurances. Again, so very sorry for this misunderstanding, and we will communicate better with our future travellers. Warmest Regards, Joao Dickmann
