Hello, everyone! Welcome to Japan. My name is Noboru. I’m a national licensed guide. I was born in Osaka and spent my university student life in Kyoto. And now I have been in Himeji for over 35 years. These cities are in Kansai aea. So,I'm very much familiar with the sightseeing spots and attractions in the area, especially Himeji and its neighboring cities.
If you are looking for someone to show you around the area, please join my tour. I will show you special local dishes in the area as well.
Looking forward to seeing your smile soon.
I guide you in Wakayama, Kumano, Koya-san and Shiga if you pay my transportation fee from Himeji.
Noboru has been conducting this tour for many years and really knows his trade! The stories he shares of the castle’s history and the intricate details of the design and construction of this fortress are impressive. 5 stars!
Mark san, Thank you very much for having me as a guide and for your wonderful review. I am pleased to know that you had a great and memorable time in Himeji. I was also impressed to see you are interested not only in its appearance but also in its background. I hope to see you again and your family next time you visit Japan! Noboru
Our tour with Noboru-san was excellent. We arrived ahead of schedule at the meeting point, but he made the effort to meet us early. The tour started right away, as Noboru-san had things to share about the city of Himeji on our way to the castle itself. There were lots of interesting details about the gardens and castle, but it was never too much to take in at once. We were a group of four, with two adults, a 13-year-old and a 9-year-old, and we had just arrived in Japan the night before. Fortunately, the itinerary was flexible enough to allow the kids to pause and rest as needed. Noboru-san made sure to check in with us (and the 9-year-old in particular) to see how everyone was doing, as there was a fair amount of hills and stairs at the castle. We definitely recommend the Noboru-san's tour, and considered it a great start to our visit to Japan.
Dear Wolfe-san, Thank you very much for your wonderful review of our tour in Himeji. It was my great pleasure to show Himeji Castle and its beautiful gardens to you and your nice family. The timing was perfect to enjoy autumn leaves! Hope to see all of you again next time you come back to Japan! Noboru
