“A great day in Kyoto!”

Ayumi made our first full day in Kyoto truly unforgettable. From the moment we met, she went above and beyond to educate us about Kyoto’s rich history, culture, and traditions, giving us a much deeper appreciation for everything we experienced. She also took us to an incredible local restaurant for lunch that we never would have found on our own, and she tirelessly searched for Pokémon and anime shops so our kids could experience some of the things they were most excited about. Her thoughtfulness and flexibility made the day feel completely personalized to our family. Most of all, Ayumi’s kindness stood out. She made us feel so welcome, treated our family with genuine warmth, and was simply a joy to spend the day with. We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone visiting Kyoto. She was an absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories she helped create.

“Osaka with Ayumi”

Ayumi was the best! Above and beyond! So patient with us. We were a family of 7 including two kids and two seniors. We did over 20k steps in 8 plus hours. She was very accommodating to all of our needs and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. She did not only provide us with an excellent experience but she became a friend.
