Vincenzo was full of fascinating insights and specialist knowledge, including details that others would not know. Communicating with him and meeting up was really easy. He explained so clearly what the geographical situation of Herculaneum was, before taking us on a completely absorbing tour. He found ways to get round other tourists to get us the best views, but always with consummate charm, good humour and politeness.
