“4 hour private tour was perfect!”

To begin, booking and communicating with the tour guide was fast and efficient. I had questions before I booked and messaged the tour guide. Aissam answered within hours considering he was likely asleep when I sent it from the U.S. that was top notch already. He agreed to meet us at our Hotel so I booked and received confirmation immediately. When we arrived in Tokyo I communicated with him again to confirm and he responded quickly and showed up on time. Now the tour: Amazing Aissam took us through the excellent yet fast passed and to a tourist confusing metro system with ease. He has an amazing ease of character that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. I won’t go into detail on what we saw as that is part of the tour description and he showed and talked about it all. What you need to know is that he made the tour super fun. My siblings and I felt like we had been given a tour from not just a local but a really good friend. This tour was the first in our trip which set the bar really high. Honestly we wished he was available all week! Aissam, thanks for an amazing night in Tokyo!

“Great day in Hakone”

Traveling with Aissam was great, it felt more like I was spending the day with a friend. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and knew his way around Hakone. If I have the chance to return to Japan, I will book him again.

“Great Mount Fuji day-trip! ”

Aissam was all around wonderful for our Mount Fuji day trip! Past glowing reviews convinced me to book with him and I’m so glad we did. He was very flexible with our requests and found ways to avoid crowds when possible, showed us yummy snacks to try, and found the most amazing lunch place with gorgeous views of Mount Fuji! It was also super helpful that he spoke both Japanese and English fluently as well as French (my mother tongue) and Arabic (to practice with our daughter who’s learning Arabic). Our two teenage kids enjoying his humor and stories! Thanks, Aissam for a fantastic day :)
