Dear Carole, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to kindly clarify that at the time of your booking, we clearly explained in our correspondence that the quoted price (JPY 37,500) covered the private transfer from Yokohama Cruise Port to Narita Airport, including highway tolls and parking fees, but not additional sightseeing time. In our email communication prior to payment, we specifically stated: “Once you arrive at Naritasan Temple, any additional time will be charged at JPY 4,000 per 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver on the day.” and again, before you confirmed the booking, we clarified: “This offer covers the transfer from the cruise pier to Narita Airport only and does not include en-route sightseeing. From the moment you arrive at Naritasan Temple, the service will be considered extended time, and an additional fee of JPY 4,000 per 30 minutes will apply.” We regret that there was any misunderstanding regarding this policy. The driver followed the agreed conditions communicated before the booking was confirmed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the transfer, and we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and service in the future.

Actually, I was a bit worried about the weather that day, but we were very lucky — no rain during the tour, and it started just after we arrived at the airport!
