“Cathy brought Beijing to life ”
Cathy joined us for two full days while we covered the major sites of Beijing which of course included our journey to both the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. She provided outstanding commentary for both destinations and even knew how to secure a memorable helicopter flight over much of the Great Wall. Her insights and general knowledge brought everything to life and greatly enhanced our experience. She also guided us to other sites we wanted included Beijing's largest shopping center and top restaurants. We would highly recommend Cathy to anyone visiting the region.

“Cathy is an excellent guide for Beijing and the Beijing region”
Cathy assisted our family of 2 parents and 4 children on our first day in Beijing, showing us how to use public transportation and guiding us to important sights. She is an experienced tourist-guide with common sense and a lot of energy, and she knows everything about Beijing's main attractions. She communicates well in English. She also assisted us with booking a tour to the Great Wall and other adventures. Thank you, Cathy!

“Custom tour with Cathy to see special sites”
Cathy spent 8 hours with my 17 year old daughter showing her some wonderful sites and taking her to unique hidden gems. Cathy’s communication was excellent before the tour. She was a vibrant wonderful guide and my daughter absolutely loved her day with Cathy. She felt very comfortable with Cathy and this tour was the highlight of her trip. I highly recommend Cathy as a guide.

Tony S.
Hello everyone! I'm Tony, born and raised in Beijing. My entire life has been spent falling in love with every corner of this city—from the whispers of history at the Forbidden City to the vibrant energy of the hutongs. Now, as an English-speaking tour guide, I'm sharing this passion with the world! Why I'm the perfect fit for this role: A heart brimming with Beijing stories I don't just recount history—I bring it to life. Imagine standing atop the Great Wall, pointing out the very stone steps once trodden by emperors; or guiding visitors through the Summer Palace, weaving tales of Qing Dynasty legends. My tours are like living history books, enriched with humorous anecdotes and local insights. A Voice Bridging Cultures Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I've welcomed travelers from over twenty countries.

Hi everyone, I am Conor. A young local tour guide who has an interesting soul in Beijing. I started to do this as a part-time job when I was at high school during the summer vacation, now this year is the 8th since then. with time goes by I found I really fell in love with this job, you will meet people from all around the world and many interesting stories would happen while we are traveling together, I am the guide for them but at the same time we also seem friends, so at the end of the trip it's always so hard to say goodbye to them. I think I really have a passion about my job, I am really enjoyable when I am working. I feel so happy to see the smile of my tourist’s face. It seems like I found the meaning of my life. I am sure that you guys must be a great lover of eastern culture. Most people always think Chinese culture could be so mysterious and curious, and you are so lucky to find someone like me to lead you to this adventure of this huge land. we will climb up to the ten thousand Milles Great Wall to see its magnificence, explore the largest imperial palace from centuries ago etc. Also we could go to the Hutong area (street of old districts) at night to eat some barbecue and some beers in some local bar restaurants.

Chen H.
Hi this is Chen! It’s always more than the sceneries. Stories bring the attractions alive! Story-telling is what I believed to be one of the best ways to do a tour. I offer a unique touring service that focuses on the ancient and genuine historical tales and stories. I took a story-based narration combined with the historical palaces. I also did historical fact checks to ensure the authenticity of the stories I share.
