“Beijing Tour in August”

We (family of 3) visited Beijing in August 26 and because it is our first time and we don’t speak chinese, we decided to go with a tourguide. Trough searching on the internet we found this website and after reading the reviews we contacted Clare. From the very first message we received her demeanor was so professional and inviting. In short: she planned a five days perfectly scheduled and balanced trip , catering to our interests. Clare is the whole package of what you are searching for in a tourguide: on time, calm, very well spoken, very knowledgeable, flexible, not rushing through tim and, knows the good restaurants and shops. She knows all the tricks to deal with the logistics of traveling in Beijing as a newbie, so you don’t waste time thinking about this and instead can fully enjoy your vacation. Needless to say that we had a GREAT TIME and we absolutely recommend Clare as your tourguide if visiting Beijing.

“Excellent guide!”

We were in Beijing for 1 week. Claire was fantastic! We did 2 day tours with her. She arrived promptly and guided us to the Great Wall/ panda zoo/ summer palace. She had loads of interesting information . She was flexible to follow our needs during the very hot days we were there. Not only that she helped us book tickets to shows and gave many helpful suggestions of places we might be interested in seeing / restaurants to go to. Felt we were in trustworthy hands . Would highly recommend her!!

“ Five Stars for an Exceptional Beijing Guide”

Beijing is a truly special city. It’s not just about the famous sights and landmarks, but also the rich history, culture, traditions, and stories that bring this place of immense significance to life. Clare was the perfect guide to help us experience all of this. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a gift for explaining complex historical and cultural topics in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand way. We were a family of five with diverse needs—two seniors, two adults, and a teenager—and Clare was able to tailor the experience so that everyone enjoyed the tour. We made a last-minute decision to attend a Peking Opera performance, and Clare went out of her way to help us by collecting the tickets on our behalf. She was always patient and happy to answer our many questions, no matter how big or small. Beyond the sightseeing, Clare also provided excellent food recommendations that were both delicious and reasonably priced, allowing us to enjoy authentic local cuisine without breaking the bank. Seeing Beijing through Clare’s eyes made our trip so much more meaningful. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to gain a deeper appreciation of this fascinating capital city.
