Hiromi truly made our Tokyo experience unforgettable. She is an outstanding guide who goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible day. Her communication skills are excellent (including her English), and she seamlessly adjusted our itinerary on the fly to accommodate our interests and preferences. Her knowledge of Tokyo, its neighborhoods, and local culture is impressive, and she brings everything to life in such an engaging way. But what really sets Hiromi apart is her personality. She is an absolute delight to spend time with—warm, gracious, incredibly polite, and genuinely engaging. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her and turned a great day into a truly memorable experience. Hiromi is a gem, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly!

“Very enjoyable day out”

(Family of 4). We had a fantastic day with Hiromi. She’s got a lovely positive energy that kept us going through the day. And my wife was super-impressed with her, so I got bonus points for making a good decision. When I looked back at the end of the day, we had covered a lot of ground. Train travel between venues got us used to the subway system, and she seemed to use that travel time to tweak the tour plan to get a bit more out of it, and other things like getting my daughter into the last session of the day at the pig-cafe. She also showed us a semi-hidden cafe near our accomodation which was a nice spot to go back to throughout our holiday whenever we needed some chill out time. Booking was easy - Hiromi was happy to answer questions until we got the customisation right. She knew when to sit back and let us have some family time, and also taught us the respectful things to do at the Temples and Shrines. Highly recommend.

“My visit to Japan ”

My time with Hiromi was wonderful. She was perfect, very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We met the lovely Hiromi in the lobby of our hotel. We took the train, our custom itinerary included tea ceremony, we rented traditional Kimono, went shopping, visited a micro pig cafe, and the Kantebyo temple in the Asakusa Tokyo historic district. Hiromi took pictures and videos of us, she even engaged with my 8 year old cousin who was very talkative and excited to be there. I recommend Hiromi to anyone, coming from the United States she made our time enjoying and less stressful, and her English is perfect!
