The market isn't far from the city center and if your hotel is far away from kariakoo market, will need a cab so I will keep teaching you some words on the way in the cab, or we can go and have a local food somewhere around Kariakoo market while teaching you swahili.

once you’re confident with some key phrases, we’ll head out to the most bustling market area in Dar: Kariakoo market.

Here you’re going to knock the socks off the stallholders by conversing with them in perfect Swahili – I dare you!
