Meeting in Moshi and Transfer to Materuni Village

We will meet at any hotel in Moshi and ride by private car to Materuni Village to start your excursion. We will have a briefing of the tour and package lunch.

Materuni is one of the few villages of wonder in Northern Tanzania sitting at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. The village is blessed with full of all the beauty worth much visiting for holiday, week-end outing or vacation. While in the village, scenic view of Moshi Town and Mount Kilimanjaro is astonishing. This green village with fresh air from green vegetation welcomes visitors to explore the beauty of the land and cultural heritage of the Chagga people.

A cultural experience such as banana beer brewed or coffee roasted in a traditional way can be added to your hike.

In the morning, our guide will collect you from your hotel in Moshi and take you to Materuni, a village that is very beautified by an impressive waterfall. Through your hike walk down the Materuni base, you will have a chance to pass through the valleys and hills covered by tropical rainforest, banana and avocado farms. The village is blessed with full of all the beauty worth much visiting for holiday, week-end outing or vacation.

In the evening will be the end of Materuni Waterfalls and Coffee Plantation tour, and get back to Moshi town.
