Meeting Point
Barbican Station
- Outside Barbican tube station
Barbican Centre
A unique brutalist residential complex and cultural hub built in an area completely destroyed during WWII. The concrete structures are brought to life by gardens, fountains and lakes with water lilies and other aquatic plants.
Postman's Park
One of the largest gardens in the City of London housing The Memorial to Heroic Self-Sacrifice. A quiet garden set back from the busy streets, also features a small pond with koi fish.
Christchurch Greyfriars Church Garden
The ruins of this Christopher Wren church have been turned into a flower garden that is particularly enchanting in spring and early summer when flowers are in bloom.
St Vedast alias Foster
A secret garden tucked away in one of the most touristy parts of the City, where you can find a pavement of Roman terracotta and an Assyrian stone connected to Agatha Christie.
Reflection Garden
One of the newest gardens in The City, it opened in 2022 and its central point is a reflection pool, creating a double view of St Paul’s dome mirrored in the water. This is the moment to snap some great photos!
Forgotten Streams
An art installation evoking one of the lost rivers of London, the Walbrook.
London Mithraeum
We would descend below modern street level to explore the ruins of an ancient Roman temple through an immersive experience. This experience is free, but we would have to wait a little until the short tour starts. This stop takes around 1h.
St. Dunstan in the East Church Garden
Another ruin of a church that was turned into a garden, but very different from Christchurch Greyfriars. The place looks magical in all seasons and its Gothic appearance makes a great background for your holiday pics.
The Garden at 120
This is the City of London’s largest public rooftop space. Situated on the 15th floor, it offers 360° views of the London skyline.
In order to go up to the garden we would have to queue up for about 15-20' and go through an airport style security check.
While the whole visit for this site will take around 40', guests can choose to stay longer in the garden and enjoy a cup of coffee after the tour.

Hi, I’m Andreea, a passionate Londoner by choice for over 10 years—originally from Romania, but completely in love with this city ever since I arrived. I like uncovering hidden gems and bringing the stories of Regency-era London to life.
My walking tours started by guiding visiting friends, and naturally grew into curated experiences like my Regency London tour, inspired by my love of novels and historic places.
When I’m not exploring London’s streets, I’m traveling the world—over 40 countries and 5 continents so far—which helps me connect with travelers from all walks of life. I’d love to help you discover the magic of London through a local’s eyes!
