5:00 PM – Meet & Ride
Meet your guide and cyclo driver at Nha Trang Center.
Quick intro to Vietnamese street food culture.
Hop on your cyclo and enjoy the street view as we head to the first stop.
5:10 PM – Stop 1: Grilled Pork with Rice Paper (Nem nướng)
Try Ninh Hoa-style grilled pork sausage with herbs, pickles, and rice paper.
Learn how to roll your own spring roll with dipping sauce.
5:40 PM – Stop 2: Bánh Căn & Bánh Xèo
Watch local cooks prepare mini rice cakes (bánh căn) over charcoal and crispy pancakes (bánh xèo).
Enjoy them fresh with herbs and dipping sauce.
6:10 PM – Stop 3: Fish Noodle Soup (Bún Cá)
A light but flavorful dish made with fish broth, rice noodles, fried fish cake, and fresh herbs.
A must-try Nha Trang specialty.
6:40 PM – Stop 4: Sticky Rice with Ice Cream (Kem Xôi)
Cool down with a unique dessert: coconut ice cream served on pandan sticky rice.

7:00 PM – Final Stop: Street Food Walk
Short walk through a local night food market or popular street food area.

7:30 PM – Return
