Ta Con Airstrip

Ta Con Airstrip is a former U.S. military airbase located in Khe Sanh, Quang Tri Province. It played a crucial role during the Vietnam War, especially in the Battle of Khe Sanh in 1968—one of the conflict’s most intense confrontations.

The airstrip served as a key supply and strategic base for U.S. forces. Today, it has been preserved as a historical site, featuring a small museum, aircraft remains, tanks, and underground bunkers, helping visitors understand the scale and significance of the battle.

“A great day in HANOI with Thuy”

“Awesome day trip of Hanoi with Thuy”

It was an awesome experience to see Hanoi under the guidance of Thuy. Naturally, as this was essentially my first day in Southeast Asia, I had great trepidation navigating the bustling city of Hanoi. Thuy was particularly helpful with this process. Starting with the prompt arrival with her driver, her kindness & attentiveness, as well as flexibility to change the schedule on a whim.
