During this excursion we will leave for the heights of the altiplano before sunrise to see the Andes cordilleras taking shape in Chinese shadows, while the grazing light of the morning will show us the awakening of animals in an atypical color palette.I guide you along a small canyon towards the sulphurous waters of the baths that emanate from the bowels of the earth. Here I will make you appreciate the magic of this marvelous site between fumaroles and thermal rivers.

- 90km ride from the village to the geotermical site (1h30 ride)
- visit of the site with tecnical and mistical explanations (1h)
- Breakfast in the field (1h)
- Short hike with a snack to the termal bath (2h)
- Hotspring bath (30mn)
- Ride back to the village (1h30)

I create tailor-made travel experiences in the driest desert in the world, where I focus on small groups to take them to live the desert and Andes experience in a profesional , unique and safe way.
I started my outdoors life when I was just a kid, always looking for new adventures and places to discover, since I a young age I enjoyed arranging adventurous walks for me and my friends, and I grow up doing this without knowing that one day I would study ecotourism and make my hobbies my source of work.
After the highschool, I studied Ecotourism projects management for 5 years, This is why I moved to the Atacama Desert, to discovering and learning outdoors.
After 10 years in the desert working like a guide and learning about everything in this area I start to take my own guest to show the desert.
Now I spent most of my time working with outdoor activities, like climbing volcanos, mountain bike, exploring new areas, hiking and more.
I work during all the year here in the desert, doing full days tour and half days trips from San Pedro de Atacama, here is a lot things to do.

Our few days in Atacama were awe inspiring and wonderful. Freddy looked after us, remotely, everyday (after being called away for an emergency) to make sure we were doing well and he left us in the very capable hands of his colleague, Daniel. Freddy made our itinerary, Danny took us there and any other place we showed interest in. We were very appreciative of his good humour and knowledge as well as his good driving skills in Freddy’s car. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, thank you Daniel!
