“Visited Beijing for first time and booked a 2-day guided tour with GoWithGuide. Our English speaking guide was Clare Z.”
Clare Z is a very experienced and knowledgeable guide for Beijing. She is conversant with English language. The itinerary was well planned and included 2 interesting lunch spots. The restaurants chosen were great and reasonably priced. The historical commentaries at icon sites (Forbidden Palace etc) added great insights for me. Clare took great care of us through the trip. Example when my Hp was low on battery, she went to rent portable charger for me. What is more commendable even after our tour ended and we had issues with another local travel operator, she took her personal time to assist in successfully helping us get our refund. We are lucky to have her as our guide and our first visit was so much more enjoyable. I rate her 5 / 5. 4 April 2026.

“Unforgettable Beijing Tour With Excellent Guide John ! ”
John was a brilliant English-speaking tour guide! He led us on a two-hour walking tour of the Temple of Heaven, providing professional and engaging commentary with a well-organized and logically structured itinerary. He clearly explained the history and cultural significance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering in-depth analysis of ancient royal rituals, the symbolic architecture of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, the Circular Mound Altar, and the unique cosmology embodied in the entire complex. His vivid, engaging, and easy-to-understand explanations made the entire journey truly meaningful.
