We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Heidi. She has a great personality—genuinely friendly, always smiling, and made us feel welcome from the start. She was very attentive to our requests. We got to experience the city's innovations together, including the self-driving taxi and bus, and even a drone coffee delivery. “High-tech tour in Shenzhen”
We enjoyed it so much with a very efficient route of the tour, which would've been very difficult for foreigners without a guide for the first time. We learned how to take subway, visited all the state-of-the-art showrooms born in Shenzhen, enjoyed lunch reccommended by the guide and got to know how the city developed based on its own history.
