“A Perfect Day”

Heidi met us at our accommodation and we were soon on our way. I had previously advised her of three places that we wanted to visit that day but she suggested another stop off point along the way. Her idea was an absolute winner. She was not only knowledgable about the best attractions and scenic views but was knowledgable about the history of the places we visited too. One of our stops was the Nantou Ancient Town. I like learning a little about the history of places that we visit. It makes them more real. Heidi allowed those ancient walls to reveal some of their secrets to us. She helped us to explore new food choices too and got us safely to all of our desired locations. In the morning we met Heidi, our local guide. By the end of our tour we said goodbye to Heidi, our new friend.

“Great guide!”

We had booked Heidi for two days (in Guangzhou and Shenzen). Heidi suggested a great plan to get us arround and see the city but she was flexible enough to build in our changing whishes over the day :-) Especially the first day was very helpful to get us started in China by helping us to get metro tickets and generally showing us how things are done. Thanks a lot for making our trip great!
