Shamian Island is a peaceful small sand‑bank island sitting on the Pearl River in Guangzhou. It used to be British and French concession, well‑known for its well‑preserved European‑style buildings, old banyan trees and quiet riverside promenade.

The Pearl River flows around the whole island. You may wander along the riverside paths on Shamian during daytime to appreciate the colonial architecture.

Then I live in Shenzhen for studying, working and creating my own family here.I love this magic seashore city ,which always bring people passions, hopes and endless opportunities. About 40 years ago Shenzhen is only a small fish village and after years developing it becomes a modern and international city where attracts people from different regions and countries to visit and develop.

“Guangzhou in 3 days”

Heidi was our tour guide for three days in Guanzhou. She was magnificent as she guided us through crowds during China' s Golden week. Heidi is easy going and flexible as we had to vary our schedule from time to time. We rate Heidi 10/10 and will have not hesitate to engage Heidi for our next return trip. “A day of exploring made easy”

We appreciated the help from Heidi to discover more about Guangzhou than we could ever do on our own. She worked with me to plan an itinery to explore some of the old parts of Guangzhou as well as show us some of the new. It was great that we were able to travel by the Metro (very cost effective!) as well as cover off a few highlights of what is a very interesting city. She even helped my husband get a new watch, which would have been really hard for us to do on our own. Having struggled to look around the city on our own, we both felt having a private guide like Heidi was a really good option to allow us to get the most of our transit stopover there. We particularly appreciated her staying with us until we got the Metro out to the airport so we didn't take the wrong connection. It made things simple!
