Nanshan Museum

Nanshan Museum boasts a large floor area, a vast collection, and thoughtful curation. You can tour its permanent exhibit and imagine life in the ancient city throughout history, from the Stone Age to the opening of China.

Nantou Old City

Nantou Ancient City is the historical root of Shenzhen, with a history of over 1,700 years. In ancient times, it ruled both Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The ancient city gate and Lingnan ancestral halls are well-preserved. The old streets are lined with creative boutiques and handicraft studios. It’s a great spot to explore ancient relics, take photos, and experience handmade crafts, perfectly blending classic charm with trendy vibes.

OCT LOFT Creative Park is a trendy art district rebuilt from old factories, similar to Beijing’s 798 Art Zone. Retaining vintage red brick buildings and industrial structures, it features art galleries, designer boutiques, vintage record bookstores and specialty cafes. This is Shenzhen's hippest hangout, and by far the best place in town for stroling, street photography, browsing art and bookshops and having a coffee. An oasis of cool in the heart of the city.

Shenzhen Bay Park

Shenzhen Bay Park is a free coastal park stretching 13 kilometers along the bay. Across the water lies Hong Kong’s Yuen Long District.

It features mangrove wetlands where thousands of migratory birds spend winter from November to March. You can walk or cycle along the seaside paths.

The park is famous for stunning sunset views. From the lawn at Sunrise Theater, you can capture the perfect shot of the sunset, cross-sea bridge and city skyscrapers together. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy coastal scenery.
