Pamela was an outstanding guide in Quito. She picked us up promptly from our hotel and stayed in clear, consistent communication throughout the entire experience, which made everything seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and went out of her way to tailor the tour exactly to what we wanted. Her itinerary was perfectly balanced—exploring the historic center, a local market, and the fun, interactive Intiñán Museum—while also providing helpful, practical advice along the way. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend touring with Pamela!

“A Day to Remember in Colonial Quito”

Mauricio was an excellent tour guide. He took us to several places that were not on the original tour, such as the Army Social Club. He used quick thinking to alter his planned itinerary, when we mentioned that we wanted to see the gargoyles at the Basilica. His English was excellent and his knowledge of Quito and its history astounding. He had incredible stories that we will never forget. Mauricio told us over and over to keep our valuables safe and protected, since there were large crowds due to the Spring Solstice festivities. Unfortunately, my husband was pick-pocketed twice, losing both his phone and his wallet. Mauricio quickly went into protective mode, taking us to a quiet place so that my husband could cancel his credit cards and disable his phone. He took us to the police station and was willing to stay with us for time well beyond the original tour guidelines. He was absolutely amazing and professional. We will recommend him to anyone we know heading to South America. We were so grateful for his care.

“Day Trip To See Middle of the World and Quito”

Gustavo (Gus) was on time to meet us at our hotel after our arrival at the airport. He was pleasant and talkative and very informative. He was easy to understand. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of his city and the surrounding areas. He arranged our activities with perfect precision, which allowed us to see everything we wanted in the short time we were there. He graciously arranged this tour to fit our timeframe. We arrived in the early afternoon, with the tour lasting 7 hours. He took us around and dropped us off at our hotel at 8pm. We can't thank him enough for working late into the evening. The tour was fabulous. We started off at the Intinan museum and Globe at the Middle of the World. Then it was off to Old Town Quito. We enjoyed the square and went inside 3 churches. He spoke of their history and architectural styles. He was so knowledgeable. He was terrific driving through the city. The last stop was going to El Panecillo hill to see the Virgin Mary statue. It was so beautiful at night, as was the city lit up below. Thank you Gustavo. We wish you much continued success. You are the best.
