“Cotopaxi hike to the rufuge station (4864m)”

Marco was an outstanding guide for our Cotopaxi National Park tour. Even before we set out, he was readily available to answer questions and made sure we felt fully prepared. His knowledge of the region—especially the surrounding mountains and volcanoes—really elevated the experience and gave us a deeper appreciation for the landscape. During the hike up to the refuge at 4,864 meters, Marco was incredibly patient and supportive, making sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and encouraged along the way. His calm, helpful approach made what could have been a challenging climb feel achievable and enjoyable. The tour itself was unforgettable—from the interpretation center to the stunning Limpiopungo lagoon, and finally the climb toward the refuge. Marco truly brought the “pure mountain magic” to life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Cotopaxi with a knowledgeable and caring guide.

“Amazing tour of Quito's historical area and the moddle of thr world museum ”

Pamela was an outstanding guide in Quito. She picked us up promptly from our hotel and stayed in clear, consistent communication throughout the entire experience, which made everything seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and went out of her way to tailor the tour exactly to what we wanted. Her itinerary was perfectly balanced—exploring the historic center, a local market, and the fun, interactive Intiñán Museum—while also providing helpful, practical advice along the way. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend touring with Pamela!

“A Day to Remember in Colonial Quito”

Mauricio was an excellent tour guide. He took us to several places that were not on the original tour, such as the Army Social Club. He used quick thinking to alter his planned itinerary, when we mentioned that we wanted to see the gargoyles at the Basilica. His English was excellent and his knowledge of Quito and its history astounding. He had incredible stories that we will never forget. Mauricio told us over and over to keep our valuables safe and protected, since there were large crowds due to the Spring Solstice festivities. Unfortunately, my husband was pick-pocketed twice, losing both his phone and his wallet. Mauricio quickly went into protective mode, taking us to a quiet place so that my husband could cancel his credit cards and disable his phone. He took us to the police station and was willing to stay with us for time well beyond the original tour guidelines. He was absolutely amazing and professional. We will recommend him to anyone we know heading to South America. We were so grateful for his care.
