“Exceptional Guide – Highly Recommended! Absolut empfehlenswert!”

Wir haben mit Hamdy das Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) besucht und waren absolut begeistert. Er ist ein äusserst angenehmer, freundlicher und professioneller Guide. Während unserer Reise hatten wir insgesamt vier verschiedene Guides – Hamdy war mit Abstand der beste. Er überzeugt durch fundiertes Wissen, hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch und Englisch) und eine sehr angenehme, entspannte Art. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass er – im Gegensatz zu anderen – keinerlei Versuche unternommen hat, uns zusätzliche Verkäufe aufzudrängen (keine Stopps bei „Freunden“ für Papyrus, Öle, Alabaster, Schmuck usw.). Das war sehr erfrischend und hat die Führung deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Schade, dass er nur an einem Tag verfügbar war – beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir unsere gesamte Reise frühzeitig mit ihm planen. Klare Empfehlung! --- We visited the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) with Hamdy and were absolutely delighted. He is an extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional guide. During our trip, we had four different guides – and Hamdy was by far the best. He stands out with his deep knowledge, excellent language skills (German and English), and his calm, engaging manner. What we appreciated most was that, unlike others, he never tried to push us into any additional sales (no visits to “friends” selling papyrus, oils, alabaster, jewelry, etc.). This made the experience much more enjoyable and relaxed. It’s a pity he was only available for one day – for our next trip, we will definitely plan everything with him in advance. Highly recommended!
