“Horrible experience”
An absolute nightmare. We reached out to Sarah to book a Spanish tour. She mentioned she didn't do them personally but promised to send a Spanish-speaking guide. So far, so good. But once we started texting the guide on WhatsApp to set the time, he showed a terrible attitude and started questioning our plans. When the day arrived, the tour lasted only one hour instead of the 3 hours we actually paid for. The guide rushed through everything, acting like he was in a hurry to get to another tour. Disappointed, we messaged Sarah about the issue. She offered a complimentary 45-minute Nile boat ride. She was supposed to send us the time and meeting point, but she never followed up, meaning we missed out on it entirely. Long story short: if you want a pleasant experience at the Giza Pyramids, stay away from this tour. Plus, the guides they send are usually just students.
