“Customized tour went as planned”

As I am interested in history, Sarah helped me coordinate a custom all-day visit to Saqqara and Dashur featuring the sites that I had requested. After months of detailed planning, due to events out of her control, she was unfortunately unable to guide the tour that day. Sarah arranged for an exprienced Egyptologist and excellent guide to cover for her. Ibrahim led us through the detailed itinerary, provided a wealth of information, took us to a tomb not on my itinerary but one he thought i needed to see based on my interests, and ensured we stayed on schedule. Sarah maintained contact with me throughout the day to ensure that everything was going as we had planned. Sarah's dedication to guarantee that my tour went as planned is exemplary.

“Horrible experience”

An absolute nightmare. We reached out to Sarah to book a Spanish tour. She mentioned she didn't do them personally but promised to send a Spanish-speaking guide. So far, so good. But once we started texting the guide on WhatsApp to set the time, he showed a terrible attitude and started questioning our plans. When the day arrived, the tour lasted only one hour instead of the 3 hours we actually paid for. The guide rushed through everything, acting like he was in a hurry to get to another tour. Disappointed, we messaged Sarah about the issue. She offered a complimentary 45-minute Nile boat ride. She was supposed to send us the time and meeting point, but she never followed up, meaning we missed out on it entirely. Long story short: if you want a pleasant experience at the Giza Pyramids, stay away from this tour. Plus, the guides they send are usually just students.

“Amazing! - Sphinx and Pyramids ”

Sarah and Remo were great! We accidentally booked for the wrong day but they accommodated us with no guilt or extra cost (sorry about that, again!). Remo was super knowledgeable and charismatic, I hope that he realizes his dream of becoming president one day. They also got us safely to the airport on a tight schedule. Highly recommend this outfit for a super fun, super organized, super all-around experience!
