The Executioner’s House

We will continue to one of the most unusual and hidden parts of the tour: the house of the executioner. We will explore the history of this feared profession, learn a few striking anecdotes, and look at his discreetly located residence, hidden away from public view.

Flower Market (Cours Saleya Area)

As we pass through the market square, we will talk about local cuisine, regional specialties, artists, and Matisse, including where he lived and his connection to Nice. This stop brings together daily life, food culture, and art history.

Promenade des Anglais

We will then head toward the famous Promenade des Anglais, one of the city’s greatest symbols and one of the most recognized seafront promenades in the world.
