- The tour does not include tastings, giving you the freedom to select exactly what you’d like to try at each artisan stop. Of course, I’ll be happy to share my personal recommendations along the way!
- This tour involves a lot of walking, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water with you , and maybe an umbrella
- The tour is suitable for gluten free restrictions but just to be precise, all the products can be produced in regular workshops so can have traces of gluten.

I have decided to also expand in the French Basque Country and create more food memories exploring Biarritz, Bayonne or Saint Jean de Luz. I now share my time between Paris & the South West of France.
