A 1 hour train ride will bring us to the town in the north. In Ravensbrueck nearly 150.000 mostly female prisoners were arrested under terrible conditions. About 50.000 died here. We will explore the many stations of the memorial for 3-4 hours. The site is not overcrowded and you learn more about the suffering of female prisoners under female SS guards. The town is a very beautiful spa town what makes the site even more terrible.

“Great Day in Berlin”

What a great experience! Joerg was an incredible source of information. He was conversational, open to our questions and ready to answer. Be ready for a significant amount of walking but what a great way to delve into and be enveloped by the history and scenery of the city. Couldn't recommend Joerg and this tour more!
