- We offer complimentary pickup from all hotels and residences within the Nairobi city center, Westlands, Karen, and Kilimani areas. Please wait in your hotel lobby or at your residence entrance 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your guide will be holding a sign with your name or the tour title.
