This tour is a relaxed local night out for travelers who want to see the Seoul most tourists miss. We will take a short evening hike to the Mt. Achasan viewpoint, a local route loved by Seoul residents. The round-trip walk takes about 1.5 hours, with night views of eastern Seoul, including Lotte World Tower. After the hike, we can enjoy Korean fried chicken, late-night food, or a casual drink like locals.

Meeting Point

Achasan Station Exit 2 (Purple Line 5) , in front of Olive Young

- Please come out of Exit 2 of Achasan Station. Walk straight for about 10 seconds, and you will see Olive Young. I will be waiting in front of it.

Walk to Achasan Sunrise Park Viewpoint

Achasan is a beloved local mountain in Seoul, known for its easy access and beautiful city views. We will take a light hike to a viewpoint near Achasan Sunrise Park, not to the top of the mountain. The walk up takes about 1 hour at a relaxed pace.

From the viewpoint, you can enjoy a beautiful side of Seoul that most tourists rarely see. Achasan is a local mountain loved by Seoul residents, with great views of eastern Seoul and Lotte World Tower. As the city lights begin to shine, and if we are lucky, we may even see the moon rising above the skyline. The exact timing changes by season, so I will adjust the start time for the best view.

Walk Back Down & Late-Night Food

After the hike, we will walk back down and visit a real local neighborhood with many old, casual restaurants. The menu depends on your preferences, so you can choose Korean fried chicken, late-night food, or a casual drink like locals.

Ending Point

We will finish near Achasan Station or at the restaurant, depending on where we choose to eat.

-This is a light hike, but there will be uphill walking. (about 2 hours)

-We will walk back down after dark.

-The route may change in case of bad weather or unsafe trail conditions.

-The food stop will be chosen based on your preferences.

-Please let me know in advance if you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious food requirements.

-Alcohol is optional and only for guests of legal drinking age.
