Gyoengbok gung and Dessert
Since we’re in Korea, shall we first visit one of its traditional royal palaces. After that, we’ll head out for a delicious Matcha ice cream made with tea from Jeju Island. Along the way, we’ll stop by other dessert spots as well. If there’s a particular dessert you’re craving, just let me know—I’ll be happy to guide you to something truly special.
Lunch
For lunch, we can dine in Insadong, or we can take a bus to Gwangjang Market. There, you can try mung bean pancakes, tteokbokki, or other traditional Korean dishes. If there’s something else you’d like to experience, feel free to let me know. Let’s discover it together.
Mangwon Market or Hanjeong, Hongdae
How about checking out Mangwon Market near Hongdae? It’s a more local-style market, and since Hapjeong and Hongdae are close by, we can try lots of different desserts and great food.

“ Ari was everything you could dream of in a guide”
For our two days with Ari in Seoul, I sent a few ideas for our tour. She wonderfully advised and arranged for those vists. “Custom Seoul Tour”
We spent a day with Ari going on a custom tour of Seoul markets and a few other attractions. We had a wonderful time. It was hot and a little rainy, but we improvised our plans and had a great day seeing the city, learning about it, and getting to know each other. It was our first day in Seoul, and having Ari by our side to help us learn the ropes of getting around town and interacting as non-Korean speakers was incredibly helpful. Ari even offered to act as an impromptu translator if we needed help at another time throughout or trip--she said to call her ay time we needed her. We could not recommend her enough!
