Day 1 and Day 2: Hidalgo, Tolantongo rustic park
A rustic park with hotels, plenty of space for hiking in the mountains, natural pools with hot spring water, swimming pools, entry into the grotto and soak in the hot spring water, crossing a suspension bridge to reach "La Gloria" with its waterfall, cascading waterfall, many views, and a chance to be at one with nature. Secret places to discover.
Day 3 and Day 4: Tolantongo, Huasca
3.5-hour drive. Arrival at the magical town of Huasca, board the tourist bus to tour the former hacienda of Santa María Regla, the suspension bridge, and the basaltic prisms. Check-in at the former hacienda hotel in San Miguel Regla. Free afternoon. The next day, tour Peña del Aire, a high canyon with beautiful views. Return to the hotel for check-out. 40-minute drive to the town of Real de Minas, a trip back in time, with European-style houses and a tour of the disused mine. Return to Mexico City.
