Our guide was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our questions. We asked him to alter the usual route and he happily made adjustments to the usual course. I felt I got a good feel for Mexico City on our tour.

Gabriel P. was friendly, accommodating, and highly professional throughout our experience. My husband had difficulty navigating stairs, uneven surfaces, and the steep, narrow aisles in Chalma, yet Gabriel patiently and skillfully guided him through the crowds and challenging walking areas with great care. During our return trip to our hotel in Mexico City, Gabriel’s car unfortunately broke down on the highway. Despite the unexpected situation, we never doubted that Gabriel would ensure our safety. He hailed a passing taxi, and together they made sure we were dropped off safely right at the entrance of our hotel. His calm professionalism and problem-solving skills gave us peace of mind.
