Meeting Point
At your Hotel
Day 1, Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel and overnight in Kathmandu preparation for trekking.
Our team will welcome you to Kathmandu airport. This is the only international airport in Nepal. After a brief greeting and introduction, we will drive you to the hotel by private vehicle. when we drop you at the hotel you will take a rest for a while then again we will meet you at your hotel In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner at a typical Nepali Restaurant.
Day 2,Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus and overnight in Pokhara (820m)
We will take a comfortable tourist bus to drive to Pokhara. The curling highway at the foothills passes through rivers, beautiful terraced farms, scattered villages, and highway towns. As an alternate, you can fly there (30 minutes flight). The beautifully located lake city of Pokhara has so much to offer to its newcomers. Take some timeout in the evening and will enjoy your night.
Day 3,Pokhara to Phedi by private transport 40 minutes and trek to Deurali (2010m)
The adventure begins here. After breakfast in your hotel, we will drive to Phedi and start the trek. Along gradual uphill, farmlands, forest, and scattered villages, it will be a refreshing walk. Stop at Dhampus for the lunch and end up hiking up to Deurali village for an overnight stay. This village serves a good view of Mardi Himal, Fishtail, and Annapurna south.
Day 4,Trek Deurali to forest Camp (2550m)
Today’s journey is mostly through very quiet dense forest. On season, the colorful rhododendron forest covers most part of jungle giving a brilliant picture taking views. This off the beaten trail is so untouched by human dominance. Enjoy the real beauty of mother nature and stay overnight at Forest camp.
Day 5, Forest Camp to Low Camp (2990m)
This part of trek is tentatively similar to previous days. Continue walking through Oak, Maple, Hamlock and Rhododendron forest. The panoramic view of Fishtail, Mardi Himal and Annapurna range are always there to amaze you. At Low camp, spend some time chatting with local villagers and stay overnight.
Day 6, Low Camp to High Camp (3580m)
As we hike up, the tree line starts getting thinner but closer and bigger view of Mardi Himal and Mt. Fishtail are so eye pleasing. Occasionally you might even see Pheasant (Daphne- National bird of Nepal). Enjoy the sea of snowy peaks from High camp and stay overnight.
Day 7Hike up to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) explore around enjoying the view and return back to High Camp and overnight High Camp. (3580m)
You will enjoy the finest view of Mardi Himal as you trek over Upper viewpoint (4250m – highest point of our trip). Our trail passes through pastures and narrow ridges. From Upper viewpoint you will see Mardi Himal (5587m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna south (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Baraha Shikhar (Mt. Fang) (7647m), Tent Peak (5695m), Singhachuli (6501m), Machapuchhre (6993m) and many others. After you will trek back to high camp for overnight stay.
Day 8, Trek High Camp to Sidhing (1850m)
I will take a different route on our way back down to Sidding village. This will let you different experience of diversified Nepal and keeps your trip still fresh. Sidding is a quiet and clean village offering good teahouse accommodation for trekkers.
Day 9,Trek to Lumre and by drive to Pokhara (825m)
Enjoy your morning breakfast at this mountain village. After Breakfast the trekking trail is followed by an easy downhill trek to Lumre, where your trekking journey ends. Our pre-arranged vehicle will pick you up and drive you back to Pokhara. In the evening, walk around the street of Lakeside city and overnight in a hotel.
Day 10,Pokhara to Kathmandu (1336m) by tourist bus
Drive back to Kathmandu. It would be the last day of this trip to the Nepalese Himalayas and the foothills. Arriving in Kathmandu, transfer to a chosen hotel. Hang around the city in your own style. Overnight Kathmandu hotel.
Day 11,Departure to international airport or if you have few days extra in Kathmandu you can chill, Shopping, Sightseeing, etc.

Mardi Himal Base Camp trek is magnificent newly opened eco-tourism lying just east of Nepal, trekking trail that takes trekkers to the base camp of Mardi Himal offering an extraordinary view of the majestic Annapurna massif, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, and Manaslu. The Mardi Himal trek is unfolding with the amazing displays of incredible snowcapped peaks, forests of lovely rhododendrons, oaks, and magnolia pines, green rolling hills, spectacular the pristine little settlements of Tamang and Gurung people, landscapes and panoramic Himalayan views, and a chance to know the socio-cultural values and lifestyle of Magar and Gurung community, All the way up to the base of Mardi Himal. Camping every night, sleeping under the stars and the mighty Himalayas offer the utmost adventure to the trekkers. 4,500m is the maximum altitude during this trek.
This trekking route is a moderate trekking journey so don’t need a prior trekking experience to do this. However, preparing your body beforehand for the trekking journey certainly does help. Moreover, our highly skilled and professional team will make sure to take care of you during the journey. Ideally, the best time to do this trek is during the months of March to May and September to December. The trek follows the beaten trails of shepherds as it still provides summer grazing. The trek was officially opened in 2012 and is still pristine. The trail goes along small winding paths, through magical rhododendron forests until you climb out of the forest at an elevation of around 3,300 m. The landscape changes quite abruptly into a rugged high mountain landscape. Along with changing landscape views, you get are of Mardi Himal, Machapuchre, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli. There are several plans for the same trail which trekkers can choose according to their comfort-ability.
