If you are visiting and planning to do bungee jumping in Nepal for the first time then please follow these bungee jumping tips.
Be on the spot as early as you can to avert the queue.
Don’t go on your own. At least be with your buddy or relatives.
Be prepared Mentally.
It is better not to take heavy food or consume any kind of alcohol before the jump.
Wear comfortable dresses and tight shoes to avoid any untoward incidents. Generally, casual shorts, tracksuits, and t-shirts are fine.
It requires you to be medically fit before the bungee jump. So, if you are a victim of any heart conditions or any chronic respiratory issues, avoid the jump. Also, pregnant women are not permitted to jump.
Screaming out loud would be better when you leap instead of being tight-lipped. Screaming helps in relieving the mental stress and puts the fear away.
