Let me take you on a 3-hour walk I designed to capture Saigon's essence. We’ll start with my favourite bowl of noodles and dumplings or beef stew from a local stall. Afterwards, as fresh as they come, we’ll savour juicy exotic fruits from the wet market (not so wet).
