I am from Venezuela, with roots in the US and Sweden. I have lived in Tokyo now almost 10 years! I am a musician and very social by nature. Because I've been in Tokyo so long I know Japanese fluently, and I have had time to discover many places only locals would find. If you choose me I'm sure you will have a time you won't soon forget!

Hi there! I'm Daniel, a Colombian adventurer who has proudly called Japan home for the past 6 years. My love for this incredible country started as a student, and now I'm thrilled to share my passion as a full-time resident. I also had the chance to live in Australia for two years, which was an unforgettable experience that broadened my horizons!
As a true foodie and seasoned explorer, I know Tokyo and its nearby treasures—Yokohama, Nikko, Hakone—like the back of my hand. Whether you're looking to discover hidden gems, savor local flavors, or immerse yourself in the rich culture of Japan, I'm here to guide you on a journey you won't forget. Let's make your visit truly special!

English :
Hi! I'm Fran, a passionate traveler. After visiting more than 30 countries in my life, I wanted to share my passion about traveling and the knowledge I got from my experience, and that's why I became a travel content creator for social media…
Even when I enjoy sharing traveling content for a lot of people online I still wanted to share it in a more personal way so, since I moved to Tokyo a long time ago, I started giving tours in English and in Spanish, so i have experience giving a lot of tours .
With all the tour groups we had an amazing time, so I'm looking forward to preparing a personalized itinerary for you and take you around Tokyo, the city which made me fall in love with (and that's why I settled here despite keep traveling!), I want to show you how people REALLY live here and not only the ''tourist traps'', how their culture works, talk about history, religion, traditions and show you some of my favorites spots in the city. I can always share with you information or some advice is you want to know about other countries, which I already visited, if it's about traveling, I'm always open to help and share my experience.
After my personal experience as a tourist in other countries I found tour guides usually take this as a job so they lost their excitement, and they show us around just like part of their routine so, in my case, I try to be like I wish other tour guides were with me while I was traveling: a person who loves traveling, who loves his city and who have a lot of knowledge and tips to share !
Anything you need, feel free to send me a message!

¡Hola!

¡Espero tu mensaje!

I'm a loving father, avid yogi, and adventurer. As a Latin American living in Tokyo, I see Tokyo with a fresh pair of eyes each day- even though I have been here for years. The city has allowed me to tap into my spirituality and hone my cooking skills (Japanese cuisine is a whole other ball game!). It has also introduced me to breathtaking stories and mysteries you have to experience. Let's have fun discovering that and all the other wonders of the city together, from a local perspective.

I have been in Tokyo(downtown side) since I was born.
For three years I have traveled in 57 countries and worked in Bolivia for a year.
When I traveled in Maya's ruin, I was really impressed that my guide told me not only the information about the ruin but also how to live in Guatemala, how to earn and the political problem etc...
A guide is a diplomatic entrance to the country, I think.
From this experience, I would like to give you what I have to every customer.
Having been worked as an elementary school teacher in Japan, though I know the educational issue as a strong point, now I work as a tour-conductor traveling around
Tokyo area.
I used to hike around the world, of course in Japan. Northern Japan Alpes, Southern Japan Alpes, Yatsugatake mountain range and Mt.Fuji. The highest one for me is Mount Cotopaxi in Ecuador with 5892m. Another strong point is that I can hike with you.
Let us make unforgettable and precious moment during the tour!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My name is Toshi Nakahara.
I am certified tour guide for both English and Spanish.
I have lived in USA for 15 years in total starting from Iowa when I was in a high school as an AFS exchange student and later in Honolulu, Los Angeles, San Francisco and finally in New Jersey as a business man.
I learned Spanish at Osaka University for Foreign Studies for 4 years and lived in Mexico, Venezuela and Ecuador for more than 5 years in total, and travelled some other countries in Latin America and Spain.
I am a certified Wine sommelier and quite knowledgeable about Japanese Sake.
So in addition to the regular tour of metropolitan Tokyo area and its vicinity, I can take you to very authentic and popular restaurants where you can enjoy wonderful world of Japanese cuisine with some local drink. That is my strength, so to speak.
I can do one day or half day tour for weekends for Metropolitan Tokyo area, but also can cater to the needs of people who want to be guided to some deep, casual and reasonably priced "Izakaya" style drinking places during weekdays after 5:00PM if I am open. I can also guide, if schedule allows, Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone, Mt. Fuji vecinity, Nikko and some popular places in western Japan like Kyoto, Nara and Osaka as I lived there for many years.
I enjoy talking about many topics such as Japanese culture and of your own country.
My motto is to make visiting friends from overseas experience memorable moments and make them feel at home and happy.
