Can one imagine life with music?, Imagine living in a world where sound doesn’t exist, wow that would be incredibly awful right, isn't it?
What we call African Contemporary music or simply called African-beat. It's our sound, the only sound that separates us from the rest of the world as South Africans on African soil.
We get to be hosted by very talented musicians, sharing some of the incredible songs accompanied by Marimba and drums. What is music without a dance? we get to experience gumboots dance. This dance was created in the mines of Johannesburg during the gold rush by the Brown people. This dance’s what we call “Body Percussion” with the incredible sound from the gumboots and the clapping of hands.
