Included in this tour, we will consume 5 high quality pintxos and drinks (3 pintxos, 2 drinks, or 5 pintxos, 1 drink etc), including the famous Basque Cheesecake.

Here is a curated gastronomic tour through the Parte Vieja (Old Town) and the trendy Gros neighborhood, featuring the city's most iconic bites and local pairings.

Must-Try: The Gilda. This is the first-ever pintxo created in San Sebastián, a "flavor bomb" of pickled guindilla pepper, salty anchovy, and a Manzanilla olive.

The Drink: Pair it with a Txakoli, the local, slightly sparkling white wine poured from a height to aerate the bubbles.
