Everytime I happen to walk in Segovia I feel like a tourist, yet with the knowledge of history of every corner of the city. It's easy to fall in love with Segovia being a World Heritage Site, having one of the most impressive Roman Aqueducts, a generous number of Romanesque churches, the last Gothic-style Spanish Cathedral and the Alcázar and much much more to discover. On top of I really enrich myself exchanging knowledge with different cultures, which I believe it makes the visit more joyful and interesting.

This tour will reach the most emblematic places in Segovia, in addition to some hidden corners that not all tourists are able to discover by themselves. The starting point will be the Azoguejo´s Square, where the ancient Aqueduct of Segovia is located. Afterwards, we will go up the Royal Street and visit every palace as well as the old romanesque churches. Next, we will go through the main square to reach the ending point at the old castle of Segovia, "The Alcázar" (The Snow White Castle).

“Very interesting and entertaining 2 hours with Francisco in Segovia ”
Francisco from the start made us feel like home in Segovia. It was a great intro to the city, its history and its people. We were lucky to meet and spend over 2 hours with him and he was also so kind to provide very useful recommendations on how to plan the rest of the day. Don't waste your time and book a tour with him!

“Amazing private walking tour of Segovia”
Francisco was the perfect tour guide for our day trip to Segovia. He is a local, so he knows all there is to know about Segovia, its history and all the surrounding villages. Everything was perfect, including his communication prior to booking, his tips and directions on how to get to Segovia from Madrid on the train, his excellent recommendations for breakfast and lunch, and help securing reservations for an amazing lunch. The tour itself was just what we wanted… a casual walk through the village, with excellent commentary and background about the rich history of Segovia and the surrounding area. He took as to all the best sites and showed us all the best views, offering inside knowledge along the way. He was very flexible and customized the tour to our needs. In addition, his English is clear and easy to understand, and he was patient to help us with our limited Spanish comprehension. We could not have asked for a better tour guide. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and book more tours with Francisco, as there is so much history and culture to see in the surrounding area, and Francisco is the perfect guide to show it to us. We hope to be back, spend more time with Francisco in the future. Thank for, Francisco, for an amazing time in Segovia!
