Howdy everyone! My name is Seth. I’m an American from North Carolina, and I’ve been living in Japan for several years now. After studying in Osaka and working at a town hall in Miyazaki for three years, I’m now writing the next chapter of my story with a luxury travel company here in Kyoto.
I’m a practitioner of karate, kendo, and jujitsu, a composer of Japanese haiku, and a researcher of Japanese Buddhism. Those are some of my specialties, but I’m forever a student who loves learning about all things Japan.
