First, we want to give Tateo a Big Thank You for a great, fun-filled packed day! We visited 5 sites which included Syurijyo Castle that Tateo added for us. Tateo is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Okinawa and its history. His English is very good which he taught himself! He smoothly and with lots of energy got us to all our sites including arriving in time for an Okinawa traditional dance-Eisa at Okinawa World which was mesmerizing! Be sure to include this on your list! We highly recommend Tateo and would request him again if we return to Okinawa.

When I learned your last name was OSHIRO, it meant " big castle" and wanted to show you around SYURIJYO CASTLE. The other places we visited together are all well-known tourist spots in Okinawa. There are also various tourist attractions in the Northen and central regions of Okinawa. Please come to this small island again someday. I know you're busy but thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review.

We had a wonderful experience with Tateo as our tour guide in Okinawa! Despite having a large group of 30 people, he was friendly, patient, and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing Okinawa’s history, especially during our WWII historical tour. His engaging storytelling made the experience meaningful and memorable for everyone. He is very accommodating, and his English is excellent!! We were truly amazed to learn that he taught himself English! Really impressive! Highly recommended!

It had been raining continuously due to typhoon. However, we were blessed with good weather on the day we toured together. “One day southern Okinawa tour”

Tateo was fantastic in guiding my wife and I through the historic sites of southern Okinawa. He even accommodated a last minute itinerary request to include a visit to Okinawa World without any issues. Tateo was patient and engaging throughout our tour and his car was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use Tateo again when returning to Okinawa!
