“Amazing service ”

Our driver Maria was amazing! She shared lots of information about the culture here and was very professional. She also showed us how to get discount tickets for the aquarium. Maria even went out of her way to walk us in to the places and to make sure we knew where to go. She even offered to take photos of us. The ride was comfortable and the car was clean. Thank you so much Maria!! You made our trip to Okinawa special!

“Professional and flexible”

Higa-san was our driver for 2 days and she provided excellent service assisting with navigating the tricky roads within and outside of Naha. We were able to fill the first day with all of our sites without running into any parking issues, visiting both Shuri castle and the Peace Memorial. She even assisted with locating a tire pump at a local gas station for our wheelchair tire! The second day was a drive up north to Chatan to visit family. Her flexibility and thoughtfulness to bring a step for our elderly tourees were also paramount to the safety and expedition of our tour. She even stayed later so we could watch fireworks and we were more than happy to pay the extra fee. She stayed positive even during the extremely backed up traffic on our return to Naha - finding routes around some of the bumper to bumper roads - and brought us back after a very long day. I highly recommend them for their assistance and the flexibility they provide when creating customized itineraries.

“Okinawa Tour ”

The whole process, from booking the tour to the actual tour, was amazing! I had to book a tour for my parents last minute and I wanted them to have a tour with a private car so that I did not have to worry about them having to find their way when visiting some of the World Heritage Sites as well as the Churaumi Aquarium. The booking process was easy with friendly yet professional messages, and my parents loved the tour with Mr.Minei. They had a wonderful time because he was friendly and accommodating. I am so grateful and I would recommend this tour!
