I have been a tour guide for 7 years, working for some of the biggest tour operators in Lisbon. I have started from zero, and during these years, exploring, studying and showing others from north to south our paradise, brought me the experience to become a full time private guide.
Studying history for the past 6 years while working as a tour guide has provided me with extensive knowledge of Portugal, and piqued my interest in learning about different cultures and traditions which makes me be always looking for unique, off the beaten track experiences. Hello! Welcome to the most beautiful city in the world: Lisbon. I was born and raised in here and I cannot see myself living in any other city. I have a Bachelor Degree in Tourism and was licensed National Tourist Guide in 1998. I finished a Degree in History in 2013 and in 2021 my Master in History and Philosophy of Science. I have been working as a tourist guide with german, english and portuguese speaking groups in roundtrips/circuits within the country. I have experience in hiking tours, cultural tours and guided tours of monuments and museums throughout the whole national territory. I manage the projects Passeios Literários and Lisbon by the Book — both specialized in literary guided tours of Lisbon, and work as a guide for both projects as well.
