About Tour Guide Frederic C.
My name is Frederic and since I was a child I was merged in the history as my grandfather was during the Second World War part of the French resistance and helped Allied pilots who crashed with their airplane to escape France by Spain. After the war my grandfather will receive a personal letter from General Dwight Eisenhower thanks him for his action.
My knowledge in the First and Second World Wars were recognized by the US Army where I was in charge to organize Staff Rides and ceremonies for them. I am also a local historian consultant and participated in several TV documentaries and my name is also mentioned in several books by other historians.
Important
I can also organize pilgrimage tour if you have a relative who fought or buried in my area.

“Rifleman T P Ryan”
Sarah and I main purpose was to visit my great uncle's memorial. Frédéric showed us that plus the area he was probably killed. He also showed many other Somme battlefield sites and memorials. His knowledge was immense and he was able put it across extremely well. He answered our many questions. Anybody was has him as a guide has a real gem
