After lunch ,we’ll head to the Bird’s Nest, where you’ll admire its innovative architectural design from the exterior, learning about its role in the Olympics and modern Chinese culture. Finally, I’ll drop you back at your hotel.

“ Five Stars for an Exceptional Beijing Guide”
Beijing is a truly special city. It’s not just about the famous sights and landmarks, but also the rich history, culture, traditions, and stories that bring this place of immense significance to life. Clare was the perfect guide to help us experience all of this. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a gift for explaining complex historical and cultural topics in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand way. We were a family of five with diverse needs—two seniors, two adults, and a teenager—and Clare was able to tailor the experience so that everyone enjoyed the tour. We made a last-minute decision to attend a Peking Opera performance, and Clare went out of her way to help us by collecting the tickets on our behalf. She was always patient and happy to answer our many questions, no matter how big or small. Beyond the sightseeing, Clare also provided excellent food recommendations that were both delicious and reasonably priced, allowing us to enjoy authentic local cuisine without breaking the bank. Seeing Beijing through Clare’s eyes made our trip so much more meaningful. “Informative tour with a dynamic tour guide”
Clare was great from start to finish! My mother isn't the most mobile and Clare and our driver accommodated quite well. We also had disruptions to our tour schedule because of last minute events in Beijing, but Clare did a great job changing the agenda on the fly to optimize our time in Beijing. You cannot visit beijing without the forbidden city , the square , the hutongs and of course the china wall!!!we were a group of 6 , clare was excellent explaining everything in detail She picked us up in a van from the hotel with a smile !
