“One Word: Amazing”
Just one word, AMAZING. That's how I can describe Venus service. She planned the route so perfectly that we even had time to walk around a small market near the Nami Statue and gave us a very clear explanation of the consequences of the earthquake on Kumamoto back in 2016. Her overall knowledge of the area is incredible, the car was incredibly comfortable and she is a great photographer as well (I'm not a guy that likes photos but she encouraged us to be on the pictures lol) I totally recommend her services! “Mt Aso tour”
My brother and I had the pleasure of touring with Venus again during our stay in Kyushu. We stopped by Kamishikimi Kumanouimasu shrine for the first part of the tour. It was nice stroll through the forest where we saw a shrine which feels tranquil and spiritual. Then we visited various locations in the areas around Mount Aso. It was a beautiful clear day and the views of the landscapes were absolutely breathtaking. Thanks again Venus for showing us around twice during our trip. I hope we we meet again during a future trip to Kumamoto.

Venus was a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to guide. She not only suggested some hidden spots that most tourists don’t know about, but also shared the background and stories behind each location. Although we weren’t able to visit the crater this time, every part of the Aso area was absolutely beautiful and filled with breathtaking views. I’m very satisfied with this trip, and if I have the chance to visit Kumamoto again in the future, I would definitely choose Venus again to continue exploring more hidden spots around Mt. Aso!

Not only can I share insights about the local culture, but I can also offer a unique perspective as a foreigner who has grown to love this country as my own. With our comfortable 4x4 full leather interior SUV, we’ll explore hidden gems that typical tour buses can’t reach, making your experience even more special. On our way to the sites, I’ll describe anything that catches your eye so you don’t miss a thing. I had worked for the Japan's biggest travel agency JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) for 35 years as a tour escort for Japanese. I visited 68 countries and of course all over Japan as well. So I’m familiar with almost all of the tourist attractions in Japan. More over I’m also a professional magician now. I’m a member magician of The Magic Castle in Hollywood in US. That's why I made a decision to become an English tour guide. I acquired a tour guide license issued by the Japanese government with a lot of hard work in 2016 and I started from the following year. I work as an English guide approximately 130 days a year. My wife is physically disabled, and I usually care for her. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I receive home care and bathing services, so I am unable to go out during the day as I have to prepare for and clean up afterwards. I am available to guide on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I can take up to four people sightseeing in my private car.
