Royal Palaces in Stockholm area
Three different styles of palaces will be visited
The World Heritage palace of Drottningholm where the King and Queen live today will start the day, the exclusive little gem of China Pavilion comes next and to finish off, we travel the the quaint city of Mariefred and visit Gripsholms Castle.
We will travel by car, Volvo XC60 2024. The guidning will take place at the palaces and gardens.

Tour Important Information
The drive to Drottningholm and Chinese Pavilion from the city center takes approx 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Between Drottningholm and Mariefred it takes approx 50 minutes.
There will be a bit of walking in the palaces as well as to and from the car
The tour can also be in reverse
There will be time for Swedish Fika and lunch either in Drottningholm or in Mariefred

We talk about the history, the architecture, the art but also todays culture and life.
Let me open up the doors to my country, the culture and the history on our walks. My roots are in the country side, the province of Dalarna, where I am a qualified tourist guide. This is where one of the symbols of Sweden is made, the Dalahorse. Or why not join me to Skansen Park in Stockholm and hear about old and new traditions from Dalarna and other parts.
